    We want you to be happy with your purchases, so we gladly accept returns for items in their original condition at any time, for any reason.

    Please note: shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging if applicable. We process returns/refunds the day they arrive in our store, and will notify you via email to confirm your return/exchange has been processed. Exchanges are subject to return shipping costs. Please include your original receipt when returning merchandise. If you would like to exchange please indicate on the invoice in your package.

    Typographical Errors
    In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Imaginese has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card for the cancelled amount.
